Would book again
The location is great for Wimbledon tennis. A bus stop right outside too. Parking included. Very friendly and helpful staff, we were in a compact double, which we found was absolutely fine. Clean and tidy everywhere. Breakfast lots of choice.
We were at the front of the hotel, not hotels fault, but it did get noisy with people and emergency services. - although saying that it was euro football on that weekend.

Breakfast was good and with friendly staff.
We are a family with young children so basically we need rooms that's closer to each other. Booked 2 rooms, and upon arrival, we were informed that 1 room is located at the 3rd floor and the other 1 is at the 2nd flr, i mean, how are we gonna do it? Had to downgrade at the same price (coz as per the staff we booked via 3rd party, that's fine) to their smaller room just to be closer to each other. They could have more considerate, that's all.

Staff were friendly. Location was perfect for our planned trip. We will definitely stay again.
Only minor things - We would have liked a fridge in our room and a bigger shower or at least a bath!
